Workshops
Please read these carefully to ensure we are on the same page.
COVID- As a small business doing our best to remain sustainable, we are unable to offer refunds in most cases. If however, you are unable to attend class due to a directly Covid-related reason (e.g. you are feeling unwell), we can offer a credit for you to attend at a later date if we are given at least 7 days notice. This is to ensure we have enough time to pass the ticket onto someone else.
If you can’t make a class for whatever reason, unfortunately, we cannot refund or give credit due to the nature of these workshops. All purchases are final. However, if you are unable to attend we encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot! If one of the teachers contracts COVID and are unable to host the workshop we can either postpone the workshop or provide a full refund.
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES
These policies are in place as a courtesy to our teachers and staff. We feel this is fair for them as our class sizes are limited, and by purchasing a ticket we:
- Hold the spot for you
- Pay the teacher for your spot, and time spent preparing materials
- Purchase the materials required
- Prepare snacks and beverages
Please set a reminder and double-check workshop dates + times here through our website. If you forget to attend or have a prior commitment we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund, credit or transfer, because we held a spot for you and turned others away. In some cases, we may be able to give you the materials and instructions to complete them at home. All bookings need to be made online, just add the workshop of choice to the cart and you will be taken to the payment gateway. Your seat is secured once we receive full payment so lookout for an automated confirmation email and please make sure you type in the correct email. We have class minimums to meet, if we do not make them and need to cancel a class we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a class at the same value within a 12 month period.

If however, you (bride to be, mother to be or birthday girl) are unable to attend class due to a directly Covid-related reason (e.g. you are feeling unwell), we work as follow – notice given two weeks prior – we can postpone the workshop to a future available date within a 12 month period, notice given one week prior – we will deduct out-of-pocket expenses and give you a credit for the balance & notice given 72 hours prior to the workshop we will unfortunately not be able to give any refunds or credit.
If one of the teachers contracts COVID and are unable to host the workshop we can either postpone the workshop or provide a full refund.

- Secure parking for 2 vehicles
- Final requirements will be subject to a site visit.
